Standards that keep trust real

Trusted commute community for professionals — these standards define how verified professionals treat each other on Poolzy, with respect, accountability, and genuine care.

Poolzy is not a marketplace of anonymous rides. It is a community. When you join, you agree to uphold these expectations — not because we monitor every moment, but because trust is built through consistent, respectful behaviour.

Poolzy is not a marketplace of anonymous rides.

Every member is a verified professional sharing daily commutes — not a passenger in a taxi service. These standards keep that promise honest.

Standards every member upholds

Clear expectations for a community built on professionalism — not surveillance.

Who belongs here

Poolzy is for working professionals who share daily commutes with verified people — not for commercial passenger transport, taxi services, or anonymous ride-hailing.

  • You must be 18 or older and use Poolzy for commute cost-sharing.
  • You must verify your mobile number and work email before participating.
  • You must provide accurate profile, vehicle, and route information.

Respect is non-negotiable

Every member deserves a comfortable, professional commute. We expect:

  • Polite, respectful communication in chat and in the car.
  • Punctuality — communicate delays promptly if you cannot be on time.
  • Clean, safe vehicles and lawful driving at all times.
  • No harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or unwanted personal advances.
  • No pressure to share personal contact details beyond what the platform provides.

Accountability matters

Trust grows when people show up and follow through. Members are expected to:

  • Honour confirmed bookings — cancel only when necessary, with timely notice.
  • Settle ride contributions honestly and promptly via agreed payment methods.
  • Leave fair, factual feedback after commutes.
  • Report serious concerns to poolzy.in@gmail.com.

Repeated cancellations, no-shows, payment disputes, or negative feedback may affect your commute reputation and access to the platform.

Safety with honesty

Poolzy provides tools — emergency contacts, in-app chat, verified profiles — but does not replace your judgement or emergency services.

  • Add someone you trust as an emergency contact in your profile (optional).
  • Use Safety center to call or send a pre-filled SMS from your own phone.
  • In an emergency, call 112 first.
  • Poolzy does not track your live location or send alerts on your behalf.

What we do not tolerate

Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from the community. Serious matters may be referred to appropriate authorities.

Verification is a starting point, not a guarantee

Work-email and mobile verification confirm identity checks performed on the platform. They do not constitute endorsement by Poolzy, your employer, or any government body. You remain responsible for your own safety decisions.
